Terms

What a purchase buys
One purchase is one requirements matrix for the one PDF you quoted, identified by its SHA-256 fingerprint. The price is set by that file's page count before you pay: $79 up to 150 pages, $149 from 151 to 400. It includes three runs of the same file, each of which returns the matrix as CSV, HTML and JSON, the unresolved list and the receipt. A run is counted when it starts. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
What the matrix is
The matrix lists sentences from your solicitation, each quoted from the page it names, with a kind and a section where the typing step could settle them, and lists the sentences it could not settle with the reason. It is a working aid for building a proposal. It is not legal advice, it is not a finding that a proposal is complete or acceptable, and it does not replace reading the solicitation. The index reads sentences and misses obligations that no sentence states, such as tables of deliverables; the method page lists what it misses. You remain responsible for your submission and for checking the matrix against the solicitation and its amendments.
Your documents
You confirm you may share the document's text with the services named on the privacy page for this purpose. Do not drop a document whose handling rules forbid that. The site scans for common controlled markings and never sends a marked document to the model, but the scan works by pattern and cannot see a marking that is not on the text layer.
When something fails
If the till cannot build what you are buying, the page says so before checkout opens. If you have paid and no run completes because of a fault on this site, write to [[CONTACT EMAIL NEEDED]] with the session id and the payment is refunded. A run cut short by its time limit delivers what it finished, with the rest in the unresolved list; that is a completed run.
Use of the site
Do not use the site to probe or overload its functions, or to process documents you have no right to process. The site is offered as is, and to the extent the law allows, liability for any purchase is limited to the price paid for it.
